Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 working days

Product/ Goods will be delivered between Saturday~Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm 

Holiday will be no delivery (Friday)

Vulcan coffee Roastery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
